Just last week we hosted our 1st complimentary Yoga/Stretching class at Stonehill Towers and it was well received.  We highly encourage residents to sign up for the next class which will be posted soon.  We will be social distancing, stretching, posing and feeling great!  It’s a great way to start your day, please join us!

Stonehill Towers is offering a new convenient way for you to pay your rent online via a secure Online Tenant Portal. Sign up by Dec 2nd, 2018 and you will be entered into a Raffle! Drawing will take place on December 3rd.

2. Fill in the fields with your name, phone, and email.

Enter your routing and account numbers in your secure Online Portal to pay rent or any other
charge directly from your checking or savings account.
Credit or Debit Card
Use your debit or credit card to pay rent or any other charge through the secure Online Portal. (An online convenience fee applies and is based on your monthly rent charges).
Electronic Cash Payments
If you choose this method, we will provide you with a reusable PaySlip that you can use at 7-Eleven, CVS, Ace Cash Express, or Casey’s General Store to pay your rent in cash (a $3.99 transaction fee applies;¬¬¬ $1,500 maximum per transaction).

Please join us for a Resident Barbecue on Thursday, August 16th at 4:45 pm.  The Barbecue will be a catered event held at the Patio area located behind Building 3.  If you need to drive over please park in the Visitor parking area next to the flag pole.  Please RSVP to the Leasing Office by 8/13 — by Email, by calling 781-438-1100, or by stopping into the office.  Residents are limited to 2 guests per apartment home.  You must RSVP if you plan on attending.

Stonehill Towers hosted BINGO night on Wednesday, October 18th in the Resident Social Room and it was FUN, competitive, and exciting evening for all that attended!

Residents enjoyed a night out meeting other neighbors, winning prizes, and having a few laughs!  Please watch for future event dates and join in on the fun!  It really was an enjoyable time for all!

Stonehill Towers will be offering an online rent payment service on or before November 1, 2017.  Residents will have the option of paying online with a debit card, credit card, ACH, or E-Check.  Residents can sign up for recurring monthly payments so that their rent is paid on time every month.  Additional information will be sent out in the coming weeks on how to sign up.  We look forward to offering this “SMARTPAY” service to our residents in an effort to make their rental experience as seamless & efficient as possible.
