Join us for Chair Yoga in the Social Room on Mondays from 10am – 11am.
Instructor Alana Osher will lead you through gentle stretching, strengthening, breathing and relaxation. Practice yoga while being supported by the chair.
No yoga experience necessary.
The class on Monday, May 9th is FREE! After that, class is $5.00 per person, paid directly to Alana.
