Starting November 7th and Ending November 18th

Please drop off all food in the Management Office from Monday through Friday – 9am to 4pm
There will also be barrels in your mail room for donations

Join us for Chair Yoga in the Social Room on Mondays from 10am – 11am.  

Instructor Alana Osher will lead you through gentle stretching, strengthening, breathing and relaxation.  Practice yoga while being supported by the chair.  

No yoga experience necessary. 

The class on Monday, May 9th is FREE!  After that, class is $5.00 per person, paid directly to Alana.
